International Journal

Asian Quarterly: An International Journal of Contemporary Issues(AQ), is a Peer-Reviewed Journal. It ia a multidisciplinary journal that aims at providing a platform for reading and publishing latest research in the field of humanities with a focus on culture, language, literature, criticism, linguistics, Pragmatics, and Digital Humanities. The journal welcomes authoritative and innovative scholarship from all practice-oriented literary and linguistic standpoints. In addition, it endeavours to narrow the distance between various disciplines that fall under the humanities.

Launched in May 2003, the journal has been carefully planned so as to live up to the expectations of its readers. We are aware of the fact that academicians, particularly, need to catch up with what has been happening in the world and to acquaint themselves with different perspectives of the experts who really have a grasp of their subject. Most of them also need an instrument that readily serves their own need of expression.

The journal is published by Forum for Culture Studies, a registered Public Trust and is edited and reviewed by senior academicians and research scholars associated with the Pune-based Research Institute, namely, Institute of Advanced Studies in English. It is a widely referred and highly acclaimed journal, having a base of subscribers and contributors in about ten countries.

Asian Quarterly is published quarterly in the months of February, May, August and November.
